On Monday the 4th July 2011, an Impact Emergency Response Officer responded to an alarm activation at one of our customers premises, upon arrival he noticed that there had been an intrusion, the Officer telephoned the Police and monitored the site, he then entered the premises with the Police, and assisted in the detention and subsequent arrest of 2 burglars, needless to say our customer was delighted to hear the news. The officer in question has been nominated for our internal recognition scheme
Tony Davies and Carl Lindgreen are the first two security officers to succesfully complete the new E Learning training that Impact Security Solutions rolled out at the beginning of August 2011.

Impact Security Solutions were approached by a customer on the 14th August who stated that they had intelligence to suggest that one of their employes was stealing company stock.
The National Operations Manager for Impact Security Solutions began an investigation which resulted in a controlled buy taking place at the home of the alleged thief, it transpired that the bought goods did in fact belong to the customer and an evidence bundle was handed over to the Merseyside Police, who made an arrest, and a significant find of stolen goods
Impact Security Solutions have just been awarded a National contract with Shepherds FM servicing 15 sites accross the UK, the sites range from as far North as Peterhead in Scotland, to Weybridge, in England, and include 2 sites in Dublin.
The contract is a combination of Manned Guarding and Remote Video Monitoring, Impact really are the one stop shop for all your security needs
